ResQme's president and founder was a founding member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He is an International Crime Prevention Specialist.
Our founder served more than 30 years with federal, state and local governments and was a member of the President’s Council on Integrity and Efficiency. He worked in federal disaster management, corrections, crime prevention and detection; trained auditors and investigators, and assessed executive performance of private and public organizations. He volunteered for non-profits, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
